Insert a Word document into a Word document maintaining page layou

In Word 2007, is there a way of inserting an existing document, into my
current document whilst maintaining the page layout (margins, columns, etc)
of BOTH documents? Thanks for any advice!

Yes, but you will need to learn how to use section breaks correctly; see

The "Master Document" functionality will do this for you - you'll find it in
the "Outline" view. You just have to be aware that this feature can damage the
document. If, however, after putting the document together you use the "Remove
Sub-document" button, that should take care of the main danger.
