I can't save highlighted text in a regular word document mmallory24 12/11/2008 10:15:06 PM I was trying to highlight text to hide the names of certain people in a report (for confidentiality purposes). I used to be able to save documents with the highlights included, but now I cannot. Even it's on the screen, it won't print the highlighted text. I ran a virus check and deleted some files on Java, but the problem remains. I would really appreciate some help on this.

If so, then "Hidden text" would have to be checked on the Print tab of Tools | Options in order to print that text. -- Suzanne S.
