Where you want the H&Fs to change, you need to insert a Section Break, Next Page and then go into the H&F. Note that the Ribbon has switch to the Design Ribbon and in the Navigation Group you will see the Link to Previous button. As you click that button, the Same As Previous indicator immediately beneath the Header demarcation line will disappear and reappear as you click.
