Hi,
I have been looking for a way to apply a letter head to all outgoing
messages, wether new, repied, forwarded. Is there any solution to this from
within Outlook 2007, e.g. forms,and if so how. If however not is there any
addin that would do?
Appreciate any contrcutive feedback.

Custom stationery is technically unsupported in Outlook 2007. However, there are workarounds; see http://turtleflock-ol2007.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!C1013F1F9A99E3D8!230.entry

thanks a lot for your input. I have been reading your tip already, however I
cannot figure of how to apply stationary or custom letterheads to replied
messages, just to new one. Any more ideas?

That said, http://blogs.officezealot.com/legault/archive/2005/07/21/7581.aspx suggests it's possible to do it with a VBA macro, at least in versions before Outlook 2007, but the code sample is missing. You might want to post a comment asking if there's another code download URL and if it works with Outlook 2007.

Hmm. Not all of my post came through. THe other part was to say that Outlook has no feature for applying stationery to a reply, which many recipients would find annoying if not downright rude.

Right on, and thanks for the continued input. Well it is not that I want to
apply some fancy stationary, which would be certainly annoying, just some
corporate letter head and disclaimer, sort of. Which at least in my line of
biz is quite common.

Disclaimers are best handled at the server, so the user cannot tamper with them. Alternatively, you can put put a disclaimer in your signature or in a building block.
