OK. Categories are imported to BCM from Outlook. However, how does one modify the form to display other fields that exist in the Outlook record, like Categories, HomeAddress*, etc.. Every time I try to create that field in the form, I get the error: "A predefined field "Categories" already exists."
I know the predefined field exists. However, how to display it in the BCM form????
