Customize Account View annav 3/19/2007 3:46:10 PM Account View - I'd like to sort accounts by Account rating, then by alphabetical account. I've tried all the customize view options and can't find a way to sort by this account field. This allows me to view accounts by client group size. Is there a better way to sort accounts? I've tried this and categorizing by color, and can't seem to get the view to reflect changes.

This can be done by selecting the 'Business Contact Manager' menu > Reports > Accounts > Accounts by Rating.
