I am experiencing a situation that when the Business contact manager add in is loaded, Outlook starts slow. it also displays a message that reads :
Your server adminstrator has limited the number of items you can open simultaneously. Try closing messages you have opened or removing attachments and images from unsent messages you are composing.
I have a SBS 2003 server running Exchange 2003, I have a new Sony laptop (one of my users) that is experiencing this problem. When I remove BCM add in everything works quickly. This is worse when the computer is away from the network than when it is on the network. When the user was traveling, the startup time for Outlook reached as long as 15 minutes with BCM and less than 45 seconds without.
Any Ideas about how to speed this up and why it is so slow would be helpful.
