MSBCM File Extension
Debra Stitt 12/20/2008 1:12:01 AM
I recently tried to import my business contact manager files (accounts,
business contact, etc.) from an Outlook 2003 backup to Outlook 2007. For
some reason, Outlook 2007 isn't recognizing the file because it has a "msbcm"
file extension rather than a "bcm" file extension.

Please note that I was able to import the files to another Outlook 2003
version. It's the 2007 version that is giving me problems.

Please help!!!!!!!!

Try creating a new database and restoring the file using Business contact
manager > Manage database > restore database
