I am trying to set up a foundation for my company's CRM using BCM. The problem is when assigning an opprotunity to a sales person, not all of the users show up (actually not even half). As far as i understand, as long as they are users, they should be in the assign to field. Is there any way to refresh this list ?
Thanks in advance,
Jon

The "Assigned to" list shows those who have been granted shared access to the database, not necessarily all the users on the computer/network.
Check the "Share Database" option under BCM...Database Tools, and confirm that all the required users are listed. If not, you have to add them to the list of shared users.
Hope this helps....

They are in the "Shared Database" options, plus my SQL backend has them all as users to share the database.

From poking around the BCM files, I can see there's a class in BCM called AssignedToChanger. But I've never used it and don't know how to start it. Have you tried looking in the BCM Help file?

Also, in the AssignedTo picklist, have you tried clicking on the "Edit this list" item?
