registering on multiple computers
Jemco 10/22/2008 3:45:01 PM
How do I register my Office XP on both of my computers. It tells me that it
is already registered on another computer ( my laptop) but I'd like to also
use it on my home computer. I can't think that I'd have to buy another copy???

Any help??

Of course you have to by another copy. A single license is for a single PC,
thats the way its allways been, its just that now there is a means of MS
checking the license

Whoops, I thought I was in the Winxp group (:
If the EULA for Office on the Laptop states you can install it on two PC's,
then you use phone activation
