Making Private items

is there a way to set certain phone conversations to private for only the
user that created it. for example the ceo speaks to a share holder wants to
add a phone log but doesnt want lower level employees reading the
conversation notes. thanks for any help you have.

Sorry, but your requests for security are beyond what BCM will do. MS CRM
or ACT! or other more expensive programs will do that but BCM is not that
robust.

BCM = All for One and One for All...
