Thanks for taking the time to address my query.
Yes, the error reporting does goes through and yes I do get confirmation that it was successfully sent.
As far as synchronization being complete, yes, it did fully synch with other Microsoft products on my system without a problem before yesterday.
Now, what pray tell is the "ON Cache" and how does one go about renaming it?
