I am running Office 2007 Home and Student edition on XP Pro SP2. My
computer is IBM ThinkPad T42.
After upgrading my Office 2003 to 2007, the scroll up and down functions
have not been working on Word, Excel and Outlook. It is so interesting that
it works with external mouse. I have tried to update the track point /
track pad driver, but no luck. It is not convenient for scrolling up and
down pages with multiple clicks on the Windows arrows. Does anybody have
clue to restore the scrolling function?
