After installing (and reinstalling) Access 2003 several times I can't get it
to launch; it keeps going through the per user finalization process
(gathering information and such) and doesn't launch.
I am using Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 with all current updates.
any suggestions? here are the results from the even log when trying to
launch Access 2003 (yes, account I am using does have admin privs):
