Database References
Greg 4/25/2007 12:52:01 AM
I have my application installed at many locations and on many, many client
workstations. Right now, my applicaton is written in such a way that if I
send out an update, all the user must do is place it on the server and the
workstations update automatically.

My question is how would I add a reference in this situation. In other
words, I'd like my update routine to automcaitlly register any new reference
I select in my application.

Thanks.

Hi,
if you are using some new component - you have to first register is at every
workstation. Best way to do this - is to make a setup package with updated
versions/new components and let users run it before running new database
version
