I have Office/Outlook 2007 running on Vista Ultimate and clicking the To: field on a new Fax message shows me Outlook contacts. From there I can select a fax recipient. Do I need to set up a fax service? I don't think I want to go this root... added expense. Outlook set itself up as the default contact manager for WF&S when you installed it. To add the Fax Mail Transport to Outlook, 'Tools|Account Settings|Email tab|New|Other|Fax Mail Transport'. The one thing you forgot to mention was to start Outlook 2007 in administrator mode to get the "Fax Mail Transport" email going.
