how fix labels merged from excel so name is first and not address mar 12/15/2008 5:37:01 PM After I setup mail merge to print labels from excel, print preview shows the street addreas before the name even after I double-check the address match so please can someone tell me how to fix this and how to get all pages of labels printed at the same time - not just the first 30 which is the number of labels on each page.
