Spellcheck of Word Comments Laserray 12/11/2008 8:38:01 PM Is there a way to suppress the spellchecking of comments in Word and still spellcheck the rest of the document? And please don't suggest I select the comment text and exclude it - I am looking for a setting that would apply to all comments in all documents.

If you need, see the post "How can I spellcheck a doc without spellchecking its comments" by Linus on 8/8/2006. I would add one thing: When you open the Modiy Style dialog for the Comment Text style, the spell check option is buried in the Language options under the Format option button.
