Jump to TOC in 2003 vs 2007

In Word 2003 there was an option when working with the table of contents to
temporarily place a quick "jump to" command on the toolbar.

I cannot find out how to get back to the TOC when I am deep in a large
document in 2007. Home does not work and paging up and down takes forever.
Does anyone remember that option, does it exist in 2007? I sure cannot find
it.

Yes, it exists, although it's well hidden.

Go to Office button > Word Options > Customize. Set the category to
"Commands Not in the Ribbon". Scroll down the list, click on "Goto TOC", and
click the Add button to add that command to the Quick Access Toolbar.

Right-click on the QAT gets you to Customize faster.

Are you trying to start a trend of bottom-posting here? That would be
nice.
