Do you want to put your company logo on the envelope? -

or do you want to pick up the addressee information from the letter? If the
latter then note that depending on the format of the letter Word may not be
able to recognise what constitutes the address. When that occurs you should
first select the address then run the envelope tool. You can aid the
discovery by using the built-in normal or inside address paragraph styles
for the addressee information in your letter.
