Can't view table records in datasheet view Ken Warthen 11/10/2008 3:26:00 PM I have a form that I use to add contact and event particpation records to their respective tables in an Access 2007 database. If I open the tables in datasheet view Access does not display all of the records. I have a function in a module that I use to return a record count for a given table. In the case of tblContacts where 17 records are displayed, there are actually 377 records. In the case of tblEventParticipants where 27 records are displayed, there are actually 30 records. This is pretty baffling. Anybody have any idea on what might be going on here? Ken

If so, can you click it and get it to toggle?
