Mail Merge
ghurdle 1/31/2007 8:58:00 PM
Can I mail merge my email contacts into an new email message and attach PDF's
to it? I want my clientys to feel that the information I send is just to
them. I do not want them seeing everybody that got it.

Hello ghurdle –

If you have Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007, one solution for your
issue is to create a new marketing campaign, select the recipient for your
email, and set the delivery Method to “Outlook”.
Upon clicking the create button, a new email editor will open. Compose your
email, and attach your .pdf file. Once you are done just click the send
button.
This will not only send a single email to each of your clients (without the
others on the cc line), but you will also have a record of this transaction.
