If you have Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007, one solution for your issue is to create a new marketing campaign, select the recipient for your email, and set the delivery Method to “Outlookâ€. Upon clicking the create button, a new email editor will open. Compose your email, and attach your .pdf file. Once you are done just click the send button. This will not only send a single email to each of your clients (without the others on the cc line), but you will also have a record of this transaction.
