I have a folder full of emails.
I want to be able to remove any email in this folder that is not
related to a business contact in BCM.
I want to search in the BODY of the email and also the TO field for
email addresses belonging to a contact and if there is no contact with
that email address, for it to delete the email.
I heard about 'rules' but not sure if they work with business
contacts. What sort of rule do I need? I know nothign abour rules :(
