Thanks for your idea. So I've tried that and strangely, it does not showing anything. It's as if it does not see any value contained in Full Name.
The more I look at this the stranger it appears. I've also just noticed you cannot insert BCM custom fields into your Mail Merge!
Anybody got any other ideas?
