Outlook tasks from OneNote 2007

For some reason the OneNote menu option and toolbar button that creates a
task in Outlook are both disabled. I have hunted all around the KBs and the
internet and I can't find anyone that seems to have written anything about
this. Any clues on how I can fix this? I have both Outlook 2007 and OneNote
2007 running on Windows XP.

In what order were the programs installed? Did you install OneNote
first, then Outlook, or the other way 'round? Outlook needs to be
installed first, from what I understand.
