I just tried to use send to one note a couple times for different pages,
and when I went to one note, only the last one was there. Is there
something I need to do to make it possible to send multiple things to
one note without having to go to the program and file the sent stuff
before sending more stuff to it?

You didn't mention the origin of the data. When doing research, I just open
a blank page, then drag and drop sections of data into that page. Later I
edit and file into the proper section.

You can change the target location of Send To OneNote in Tools-Options-Send
To OneNote.
What was the source of the data you sent to OneNote?
The data shouldn't be replaced by sending another data.
