Try using PureText. http://www.stevemiller.net/puretext/ Of course, you do know the little "Paste Options" clipboard ICON which allows you to select match formatting options or just keep the text. It's pretty handy.

You can use the options there to change your paste choice to "Match Destination Formatting".
