When you paste, you should see a paste tag at the lower right of what you paste. You can use the options there to change your paste choice to "Match Destination Formatting". Once you have changed your options to destination formatting, you can also make that your default paste setting by selecting "Set as default paste" after you select "Match Destination Formatting".
