Prevent "dragging" scroll bar Newyorkgal86 2/16/2007 5:42:20 AM On OneNote sometimes when I try to scroll to the right it ends up "dragging" the scroll bar when I just want to scroll right. I don't know how to get rid of this and it is quite annoying. I don't know how to "lock" the scroll bar. Any ideas?
