Data Missing in History emails, where did it go themurf 2/20/2007 6:52:10 PM I finally have the BCM working acceptably and so today I went to a contact to look up some information. There are a years worth of emails that are listed under the history for the contact. Every one of them has been converted to a "Business Activity". Not one of them has anything in the body of the message. In other words all of the content of the emails is gone and the only thing that is left is the hearer information and the subject line. What is goin on here? Jim

BCM does not store the full Outlook e-mail message, but does store a link to the original item.
