Download version of MSO will not accept product key of hard copy madamsplash 4/13/2007 10:26:02 AM Hi - downloaded Microsoft Office for trial period, and have received my new hard copy but it will not accept the Product Key. I attempted to install the new copy over the top and it accepted the product key happily, but alas, all programs state that it is still a trial version - be grateful if anybody knows a faster track to making this happen - before I try to uninstall and reinstall.
