you can change database ownership through Transact-SQL, further information about how to do this can be found here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms190909.aspx
If this gets too technical and difficult, I would advise you to export everything into a BCM file (using the export wizard in BCM), then create a new BCM database from you new domain user, and finally importing the data back in.
