I am looking to get Outlook with BCM. What happens when you are using BCM and
you delete emails or tasks, etc. from your inbox that have to do with a
customer, etc. in your contact list? Does that delete those items from your
contact history also? like in regular Outlook or does it store it under that
Contact forever?
