I have a set of categories set up on my main computer where my bcm
database is located. on a second computer my BCM contacts are sorted
by the categories from my main database. On the second machine the
categories are not availible.

How do I add the categories to the second machine? is ther a simple
way?

Categories are stored in outlook profile and not in bcm database. You can
recreate the same categories in the outlook profile on the second machine and
use them. (You don't have to reassign the categories to contacts, though).
Hope this helps.
