I would like to Password Protect my Personal Notebook. I can only find a way
to protect each individual section. Any answers out there?

There is no way to password protect an entire notebook, aside from
password protecting each section individually. You can log your
suggestion at http://connect.microsoft.com/ and it will be considered
for an upcoming version. In the meantime, I would recommend using EFS or
a similar solution if you need all your notes to be encrypted.

With the increasing use of remote service and support, there is an
increasing risk that private information can be at risk for copying or
access. Even with 'in-home' service, the stores frequently ask for you to
drop off your system at the store 'for faster service'.

Everyone needs the ability to lock a file for protection.
