Mailmerge problem Frustrated 4/26/2007 3:40:08 PM I am doing a simple mailmerge to six lables on a self made form. I have the data in a single column in an excel spreadsheet. I added the merge field "Name" and "next record" in each label on the page. The problem comes when I merge the document. It appears to leave off one name per page. Is there some command I need to tell the program to start a new page and not loose a data name. I have 147 names in the data file and am only receiving 126 labels. Any suggetions. -- Frustrated

It seems now I am still missing one data sequence per page. It seems to be skipping over one when it goes to the next page. Is there some command that I need to enter so that when a new page is created and filled that I don't loose a recipient?
