2007 with 3rd party MAPI message store provider Shawn 6/6/2007 8:21:00 PM I have a customer with Outlook 2007, new install on Windows XP. The installed our product. Created a profile and added our MAPI message store provider. Start Outlook 2007 and the user get a error message: "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the item. Try again." I ran "filemon" (file monitor from sysinternals) and Outlook doesn't even attempt to look for our dll. I looked at MAPISVC.INF file and everything is correct in that file. POP3 work just fine. I'm at a total loss right now since this is only happening on this one customer site.

We have several users using our product with Outlook 2007 just fine.
