Assuming the page numbers are in the footers, you can do that by changing the footer layouts so that all except the 1st is set to 'same as previous'. Note that this will delete any custom footers that exist in the Sections you update this way. If that's a problem, you can edit the page number formats for the Sections concerned (and the ones immediately following) to continue the numbering from the previous Section.
