How do I turn on auto spell check, tried everything Elliott 12/24/2008 2:20:07 PM Word 2007 will not auto spell check a document, even when I resert in the proofing section. When I am working on a document, in the proofing section in the exception box it shows the document that I am currently working on. I have tried all the suggestons from the help sections. -- elliott

If that is not the problem Office Button >Word Options > Add Ins > Manage (select disabled items) > Click on the English dictionary and re-enable it.
