Removing borders on every new document
Mamageek2000 12/19/2008 10:30:04 PM
Every time I open Word, there are dotted borders all around the page. The
first line starts at the first line on the page. I can't figure out how to
get the borders removed from all new documents created or opened and how to
get the first paragraph to start further down on the page. My margins in Page
Setup show: Top 1", Bottom 1", Left 1.25", Right 1.25", Gutter 0" (whatever
that is), and Gutter position Left. Portrait orientation, Multiple Pages:
Normal, Preview Apply to Whole Document, and I have clicked on the Default
button, then OK, but nothing changes. HELP.

Tools |Options and uncheck Text Boundaries on the View tab under Print and
Web Layout options. Does this solve your problem?
