linking to specific page in Word 2003 doc from website

Hi,
We have a 100+ page document and need for the public to be able to select
from a menu on the website and link directly to a specific heading in that
document without having to go to the TOC and look for it. This document will
be converted to PDF so whatever is done needs to convert as well.

if you are fine with the page, then the DOC/PDF doesn't need any special
preparation, see:
