BCM freezes, uninstall disasterous, reinstall impossible Edo 3/28/2007 12:06:02 PM BCM 2003 froze on both my computers, had to uninstall, took all addresses into its grave. when reinstalling, teh process completes, BCM does not show itself in MS outlook 2003 and on the menu the only options are "BCM Help" and "Tour". Very helpful indeed Anybody got any ideas? Cheers
