Should I use BCM? plshelpthx 12/27/2008 10:49:00 PM I entered an attorney's clients/contacts into Office Prof 07 BCM. He wants to use Mail Merge for letters, labels, fax cover sheets, and he saves some emails in client folders. Is there any reason for him to use BCM as he is not using the majority of the BCM features?
