I am still learning BCM. I am a REaltor and I have leads come in via email
or phone on listings. I want to enter them in BCM (I haven't been using the
Leads toggle) and get them on a schedule to receive information from me.
Lastly, I'd like to pull a report of these leads. I see that I can pull a
report of Leads by Rating, but i have no idea how to rate m leads.
