I can't find an answer or even anyone else who will admit to having this
issue. I enabled email auto linking for all my sales contacts. Now when I
have the BCM contacts window open it flickers something fierce and is
actually making me nauseous. Performance is also very slow now. I disabled
it and the flickering stops. However, I need some of the contacts to auto
link so I went through and hand picked the ones that are most important to me
and enabled auto linking for those contacts only. The flickering is back and
so is the slow performance. The part that really frustrates me is that I had
most of my contacts auto linking email beforehand and there was no problem.
The problem started when I enabled all of them and has continued even though
I disabled that feature and hand picked only some (less than half) of them.
