BCM and Communication History

Hi

We are using Outlook 2007 with a Small Business Server. Once our contacts
are moved to BCM and everyone is given sharing permission, will all the
appointments, tasks, journals, and emails from every computer in the office
appear in a contact's communication history?

They'll appear - all users will see the items in the history. However,
BCM is storing a link to the Outlook items (emails, calendars), so if
BCM cannot find an item in a user's Outlook, it will instead open a
simple form with only summary data.
