How do I open the Cached ON Section on Laptop? Brett Gibson 3/19/2007 5:46:00 AM I have created a new Synchronized Notebook on a Sharepoint Shared Documents Site and can open the file as long as the LAN/WAN connection is accessible. However, if I am disconnected from the network and want to open the local copy on my laptop, how is that done? I cannot find the file when I go to File...Open...Notebook. OneNote notebooks are designed to be kept open. If a notebook isn't opened, it isn't being cached.
