You can use a VPN to sync remotely. Just setup the PC that holds your "master" BCM database (or the router that connects to your DSL or high speed connection) to allow VPN connections. Then, each remote person can sync at will by logging on to the VPN, opening BCM, and telling it to go Online. BCM will find the master, sync up, and you can then disconnect. All the changes from the other users will sync to your laptop and vice versa.
