Problem with PlanPlus and BCM
John L. Kemmis 5/2/2007 11:50:01 PM
I have installed BCM onto my Outlook 2003 with PlanPlus installed. What a
headache that was, but after applying several updates, Outlook and PlanPlus
and BCM were operational. So I thought.

My problem is: Outlook crashes when attempting to edit a PlanPlus PowerNote.
I really like PowerNotes, I use them like a desktop note pade but I get to
save them and they are searchable. There are a couple of other nifty features
with it.

Is there a work-around?

It appears that BCM is trying to link Journal entries (that's where the
PowerNotes are stored).

Sincerely,
John

I resolved the problem by uninstalling a Microsoft update:
Outlook 2003 - KB924085.

For other Outlook installations, uninstalling a Microsoft update might be
helpful:
Outlook 2002 - KB921594
Outlook 2000 - KB921593

But, I think Business Contact Manager may require Outlook 2003.
