This morning I spent 5 hours updating/cleaning my opprotunities and adding some contacts. Shut down my computer to go and close a deal and when I restarted and opened BCM to convert the opportunity to an OA2007 sales order and PO - BCM could not find the offline database.
Appearently, I had been working offline all day and the changes were not synchronized (I do have a backup from yesterday!)
After working tech support, we cannot find the offline database anywhere (missing beyond limits).
Anyone have any ideas (I know now to backup after that much work - even before rushing out to close a deal...)?
