Does anyone know of a good reference book (or training course) specific to BCM?

These discussion groups are great, but I am trying to find my way around the
2007 version and set up a comprehensive business database in the most
effective way possible, and can't help but think there will be lots of
opportunities I am missing.

Thanks.

Hi Sue

Have you visited the BCM blog at http://blogs.msdn.com/bcm
You can find alot of useful information there!

As well, Lon Orenstein is a frequent poster on this newsgroup, and he has
written the following books which might interest you:
Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager For Dummies
eBook: Moving from ACT! to Business Contact Manager

Hope this helps!
